All IQ team pits, inspection, skills, and judging will take place in the Ball State University Champions Pavilion, all V5 team pits, inspection, skills, and judging will take place in the Pop Weaver Youth Pavilion, and the Opening Ceremony as well as all tournament matches will take place in the Indiana Farmers Coliseum.
Will teams still be able to complete inspection and run skills on Friday night?
Yes! Early check-in is optional for teams on Friday March 21st from 6pm - 8pm. This is a great opportunity to beat the Saturday morning rush! Teams may check-in, get their robots inspected, set up their Pit Area, and complete at least 1 skills run. You are welcome to set up your charging stations and any other equipment that you might have. Practice fields and judging stations will not be available at this time.
Is there a Parking Fee?
The State Fairgrounds requires us to charge $10 per car entering the fairgrounds. However, we never want the cost to deter anyone from participating in robotics so if you anticipate the parking fee keeping you from participating, please notify us.
Will there be load-in parking?
There will be a specific load-in process for teams to unload all equipment before parking. More details will be shared well before the event.
Will the event be live streamed?
